Happy Diners was dreamed up by Adrian Tan, a dad of three, who wanted to make learning about nutrition easy and fun for his kids. This card game brings the concept of balanced meals to life, teaching players that you can enjoy all kinds of food — it’s all about balance!
Each food card has a nutritional rating (0 to 3 stars), so players quickly learn that not all foods are created equal. And when it comes to cooking, how food is prepared plays a huge role in keeping its nutritional value. Even the youngest players will start to understand what makes healthier food choices.
With a mix of Diner Profile preferences and Dietary Conditions, players discover that everyone’s nutrition needs are different. It’s all about customizing meals to suit individual needs!
GAME GOAL: Be the first to snag 5 Diner Profile cards by building the highest-scoring balanced meals each round. Every round, a new Diner Profile card will mix things up!
MASTER THE GAME: Choose food cards that match the Diner Preferences to win points, but beware! If your meal doesn’t meet the Dietary Conditions, you could be disqualified. Use Special Action cards strategically to outsmart your opponents and take the lead!
