Pre-Order Disclaimer

Pre-order products are defined as products that are not currently in stock or launched yet. By purchasing products through a pre-order, you are securing the product to be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

Product availability will vary based on factors such as delivery times for materials to produce the products, shipment and logistics delivery and we are working hard to produce this unique and high quality product for you. We ask that you have patience for pre-order items - if you have any questions or concerns we are happy to chat with you about it. Delivery Dates

Any orders containing a pre-order item will not be shipped until the pre-order item becomes available to ship. For new product launches, we will endeavor to have the product shipped out within 1-3 business days from the release date, however do note that pre-order delivery dates are subject to distribution delivery delays and it could occur as late as 7-10 business days after due to implications of COVID-19, weather events, logistic delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Rest assured that every effort will be made by The Nurts to have products ready for shipping as soon as possible.

If you have purchased a pre-order item(s), you have acknowledged and accepted these conditions provided regarding pre-order item(s). Pre-order items will not be cancelled if the customer fails to acknowledge the delayed shipment for pre-order items. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Can I make changes to my orders?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancellation requests.

When you order from the website we typically select the most cost effective shipping method available.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at hello@thenurts.com for further support

  • Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date.
  • Pre-orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days of the release date.
  • For international shipping please allow 3-5 business days of the order date.

Note: All import taxes, duties, customs, and VAT fees will be borne by customers and may vary depending on the specific country products are shipped to. 

What happens if my parcel failed to be delivered?

As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient or incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

If you have not received anything over 14 working days since your order (for non-pre order only), please contact us at hello@thenurts.com along with a snapshot your order ID and a member of staff shall attend to your inquiry as soon as possible.
