Refund policy

All orders are final and non-refundable unless the shipment arrives damaged, an item is defective, or if the wrong product was sent. We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us at hello@thenurts.com with these issues. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To determine if your order qualifies for a return, you can contact us at hello@thenurts.com with the following information:

  5. Email Subject: "Request Return Refund for Order #"


If your return is accepted, we will provide necessary shipping information and instructions needed to process your return. You will need to carefully package the item (s) to ensure it is protected in shipment and note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available and kindly use a trackable shipping service of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records. 

The Nurts cannot be responsible for any lost packages we do not ship. Lost parcels will not be eligible for a return refund or exchange. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thenurts.com.

Taxes and Duties

As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by The Nurts.
